About the Workshop
Join Jess for a 2 day coloured pencil workshop and learn how to create a stunning orca beneath the surface of the water. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the entire drawing process, with a strong focus on blending techniques to achieve a smooth, realistic finish on the orca’s skin and the water around it. Learn how to capture light, depth and movement in the ocean, including the reflection of the orca on the underside of the water’s surface.
Whether you’re new to coloured pencil or have some experience already, Jess will provide clear demonstrations and individual guidance to help you build confidence and create your very own ocean scape masterpiece. By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a finished drawing and a range of new techniques to use in your future artwork.
